The service
NPF Vigilant lets you report bank fraud to the Nigeria Police Force and partner banks, follow your case and claim funds that have been recovered. It is operated by [OPERATOR NAME] for the Nigeria Police Force.
Your account
You need an email address you control. Each sign-in is confirmed with a code sent to that email; do not share these codes with anyone. NPF Vigilant staff will never ask you for a sign-in code.
Reporting honestly
Reports must be true and complete to the best of your knowledge. Knowingly making a false report to the police is an offence under Nigerian law and may lead to prosecution.
Recovery of funds
Reporting does not guarantee that funds will be recovered. Recovered funds are paid only to an account you nominate whose name is confirmed by the bank. Claims are confirmed with a code sent to your email.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's cases, to interfere with the system, or to upload unlawful content.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. For emergencies, contact the nearest police station.
